Dear Mr President,
When Poles elected you twice to the highest office in the state, they entrusted you as the Head of State to stand watch over the Constitution. Both the Constitution and global agreements oblige Poland to respect human rights. Poles fighting for freedom and independency in times of communism, repeatedly demanded respect for human rights and it was a weapon uncomfortable for communist power. We have played a historical function by importantly expanding the area where simple human rights are respected. The 1988 global Conference on Human Rights in Kraków Masters was well recorded in our history. After 1989, Poland saw us critically, but its undoubted accomplishment was to grow the scope of individual freedom, speech or assembly, and to quit the usage of illegal force by power.
Dear Mr President,
We received with large concern letters from the prison about the torture suffered by 2 women - Polish officials and priest Michał Olszewski. Abstaining sleep from the anticipation of utilizing the toilet, humiliating incentives to take care of the bottle or throw up “under yourself”, forcing women to strip and urinate or shower in the presence of guards – men, tormenting light and noise, disposing of defence and obstructing spiritual practices – are practices that frost blood in the veins in the state of law.
Poles are powerfully divided today, but we are certain that the opposition to specified practices unites the vast majority of us above divisions. That is why we are asking the President, in mention to these glorious traditions, with a strong call for an urgent organisation of the Human Rights Conference, during which representatives of the authorities, NGOs and all curious communities will make a consensus to which compliance will be committed by all parties to political disputes. due to the fact that I think we all agree that we want Poland without torture.

STATEMENT
The Unbreakable Association of Prisoners of Conscience of the Times of Rulement in
Poland's communist regime, powerfully protesting the imprisonment and
inhuman treatment of priest Michał Olszewski - priest of the Roman-Catholic Church.
The destiny of Father Michael with increasing outrage and anxiety we look at
from the day he was arrested. erstwhile we read the charges against him, we submit
the most questionable justification of the repression against him and each
another act of theirs makes us convinced that they are deprived
