Recruitment evidence in Canada. Most willing in 30 years

For many years Canada has been criticized for besides small investment in the military. Personnel problems in the army have become more serious, and even late there have been warnings that armed forces may not be able to function effectively without major changes. Today, however, the situation begins to turn around. The number of fresh military service candidates is increasing at a rate the country has not seen in about 30 years.
