Registration or permission? The future of black powders in the hands of the Ministry of abroad Affairs

Members of the Civic Coalition Iwona Krawczyk and Adam Krzemiński interpelled to the Ministry of abroad Affairs on the issue of black powder weapons and the request for effective state supervision. "The black powder weapon, although of historical origin, remains a deadly weapon. Despite this, its availability in the civilian marketplace is presently not restricted or recorded in any way," the MPs assessed. "The full deficiency of control over the turnover and possession of black powder weapons constitutes a major gap in the state safety system. We anticipate the ministry to deal with this issue with due attention before further tragedies occur" - they added in the interpelled.
