Human rights defenders are known to 88 confirmed individuals active in the “Hajun case” that have been arrested. The actual number of detainees is much higher, informs the Human Rights Center “Visna”.

All over the country, this case is under arrest. Most of them take place in the Homel district.

From the beginning of September, 68 people have been added to the “extremist list” for “supporting extremism”. That's over a 3rd of everyone on the list. any of them are people associated with the “Hajun case” that human rights defenders know about.

Trials are ongoing. The defendants are most frequently sent to a penal colony.

“Belarusian Hajun” is simply a task monitoring OSINT, tracking military activity of Russian and Belarusian armed forces. The monitoring group was formed before the start of the Russian-Ukrainian War by activist Anton Matolka. In early February 2025, safety forces gained access to the project's bot chat. The task then announced its termination.
