Remember that the most hard thing is to witness to household and close friends, but we besides request to witness to them in words.

When submitting a certificate, follow the following rules:

– talk personally, tell us what Jesus has done for you. usage the words “me, me, my” and less: “you, you, your.”

– talk briefly – 3-4 minutes should be adequate to describe the main facts.

– Just focus on the Lord Jesus! Only talk of what He has done.

Use the Scriptures! 1 or 2 scriptures in the Scriptures add the power of witness. Remember, the sword of God’s word has a sharp blade.

How to Prepare a Testimony

Try to compose your witness as you would to the unbeliever. effort to present your evidence of conversion so clearly that the another person, proceeding it, knows how to receive the Lord Jesus Christ.

MY individual CERTIFICATE:

Before I believed in the Lord Jesus Christ

How I believed in him.

After thatHow I believed in him

Remember, you have no power to convince others of spiritual truths. It is the Holy Spirit who shows man that he must know the Lord Jesus and believe in him (John 16:8). erstwhile you pray for the people you want to help, giving your testimony, do not forget to ask the Lord to glorify himself by preaching the Word, to convince people of their request for salvation and to strengthen you.

So tell us about your life before conversion, then how you converted, and finally, what it meant to you erstwhile you gave your life to him — forgiveness of sins, everlasting life, how everything around you changed. If you have been with the Lord for respective years, remember how Jesus acted in your life so far.

If you have prepared a individual witness, pray that the Lord may give you an chance to take advantage of it. Pray for 2 or 3 people you know — neighbors, coworkers, classmates — whom you would like to tell about the Lord Jesus, and then take the chance that the Lord will give you.
