The reconstruction on July 22nd? "Marshal Black has a sense of humor"

Prime Minister Donald Tusk reported that he did not foresee the position of Deputy Prime Minister for Poland 2050. He besides reported that the reconstruction of the government would take place between July 22 and 25, but surely not July 22. As he stated, Vladimir Czarzasty "allowed to play with dates".
