The reconstruction of Poland after Russia's attack could cost up to PLN 5.5 trillion

For the first time in Poland, experts from the ZPP and Defence Institute assessed the full costs of rebuilding the country after a possible war with Russia. In the worst case scenario, it is almost twice the yearly GDP. The road infrastructure alone would cost PLN 600 billion – more than the revenues of the state in 2025 - estimated the authors of the report.
