With 13 medals, the WP representation returned from France for the XII planet Military Water Rescue Championship. Soldiers from the Central Military Sports squad and the 12th Mechanized Brigade from Szczecin captured 4 gold discs, 7 silver ones and 2 brown ones. The only championship title in the individual rivalry was won by specialist Kacper Majchrzak.

– The competition was high. Our representatives gave 100 percent, and the general expert. Adam Dubiel broke the Polish evidence – says St. Chor. staff. The trainee, who was the first to win the medal for the Polish team, emphasized that he was very arrogant of the White-Red, due to the fact that in his opinion at the competition they represented the Polish Army with dignity. Ensign, however, admitted that he felt a certain deficiency of satisfaction. “After analyzing individual starts, I feel that 2 discs have escaped us due to method errors,” he explains.

The White-Reds won 3 championship titles in relays, while 1 was awarded the rank of peculiar officer Kacprowi Majchrzak in individual competition. The swimmer of the Central Military Sports squad won the championship title in the race final at 200 m with obstacles. another gold medals representatives of the Polish Army won in men's relays: rescue, 4 × 50 m with obstacles and 4 × 25 m with towing of the mannequin. In the first part of the beach championship, the Poles competed in the composition of: St. Wier. spec. Adam Dubiel, St. Wier. spec. Kacper Majchrzak, St. Wier. Hubert Nakielski (all CGMs) and Cezary Kępa (12 BZ). In turn, in the another 2 relays the championship titles were won by the same players from the CGM (except for Kępa) and St.

In the individual competition, representatives of the Polish army gathered 5 discs. On the second phase of the podium they stood: St. Chor. staff. Krzysztof Terlecki (he was second on the beach at a distance of 2 km), peculiar Specialist Kacper Majchrzak (surfing race), General Hubert Nakielski (towing the mannequin in fins – 100 m), General Caesary Kępa (towing the mannequin with a belt – 100 m) and General peculiar Adam Dubiel (superratator – 200 m). The second place in the relays was won by: St. Wier. spec. Dominika Sztandera, St. Wier. spec. Anna Dowgiert, St. Wier. spec. Paul Żukowska and St. Wier. Paulin Piechot. CWZS players stood on the podium after the 4 × 50 m relay final with obstacles. The Silver Reds won 4 × 25 m relay with towing of the mannequin – for the medal they sailed: Majchrzak, Dubiel, Nakielski and Kotowski.

The only bronze medals on the French championship won for the representation of the Polish Army: St. Wier. spec. Anna Dowgiert (in competition beach flags) and a mixed rack 4 × 50 m with obstacles (Nakielski, Dowgiert, Żukowska, Kotowski).

The host of the 12th edition of the planet Water Rescue Championships was Montpellier and the village of Le Grau-du-Roi and the Palavas-les-Flots, which are located on the Mediterranean Sea. In the seventh largest city of France there was a condition of the swimming pool championship, and in Le Grau-du-Roi and Palavas-les-Flots the beach section. 125 soldiers from 11 countries applied for medals.
