Raptors guarding the Polish sky [GALERIA]

Since July 2022, NATO's air defenses over Poland and the east flank have been strengthening American F-22A Raptor fighters, operating from 32 Tactical Aviation Base in Grace. The machines are capable of operating at supersonic cruising velocity (supercruise) and are built in accordance with the requirements of the low stealth detection technology. They are part of the NATO Air Shielding mission, launched to strengthen the air defence of NATO's east flank states after Russian aggression against Ukraine.
