The territory Court in Łódź issued a final judgement acquittal of prof. Michał Romanowski on a private indictment that was reported by deputy disciplinary spokesperson for judges, Przemysław Radzik. The indictment, based on Article 212 of the Criminal Code, referred to a complaint lodged by prof. Michał Romanowski as a proxy for the judges of Igor Tulei and Paweł Yuszczyszyn to the Vice-Chief of the European Commission, Věra Jourova. The extended letter describes the actions of the authorities towards the professor's clients and calls on Jourové to defend the independency of courts in Poland.
Additionally, the question of the unfulfilled judgement of the Bydgoszcz territory Court of 16 April 2021 was raised, restoring to the function of justice Paul Yushyn. In his letter, Romanowski besides described the actions of the disciplinary spokesperson and neo-judges of Przemysław Radzik, who allegedly demanded an act of the case related to the ruling of the territory Court of Bydgoszcz.
In a message made in early May 2022 by neo-Judge Radzik, he denied that he had always addressed the territory Court of Bydgoszcz in order to “give, send or make available any acts concerning the accused justice Paul J.”

I will usage my legal resources against Michał Romanowski said Radzik, who considers himself a judge.
Radzik felt affected by the Professor's accusation that he demanded before the Disciplinary Chamber the suspension of Yuszczyń for public expression of criticism towards his own country. The neo-speaker pointed out that specified accusations were aimed at defaming his individual and aimed at destroying his reputation both at home and abroad. In addition, he claimed that specified an attitude would not suit an lawyer or prof. at the University of Warsaw.
The territory Court in Łódź yet acquitted prof. Michał Romanowski from accusing him of defamation, in accordance with the provision in Article 212 of the Criminal Code. The ruling of the territory Court for Łódź-Śródmieście of September 2022, which was beneficial to the professor, was confirmed by the court of higher instance.
Przemysław Radzik inactive has the chance to file an appeal with the ultimate Court against this judgment. So I wonder if the usurper and the repressor will benefit from this right.
