U.S. Secretary of defence Pete Hegseth and Saud bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani, Qatar's Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, have signed an agreement under which Qatar will hand over a Boeing 747-8 to the Americans as an "absolute gift."
