Questions about the East Shield. Will there be support from Europe?

[12 March at the vote on the resolution on strengthening EU defence capabilities](https://defence24.pl/defence-defence-policy/pe-shield-key-for-security-europa) The European Parliament adopted an amendment recognising the Polish task as crucial for European security. A week later, Deputy Minister of National Defence Cezary Tomczyk reported that "we have reached a preliminary agreement with the European Investment Bank of EUR billion to finance the Shield East". But are these answers and declarations exhausting the subject? Michał Dworczyk, associate of the European Parliament, thinks that it is worth looking at these announcements.
