Russian president Vladimir Putin signed a decree according to which Ukrainian citizens surviving in Russia, as well as on the occupied lands in Ukraine, they must leave their territory by 10 September.
Another option for Ukrainians is "to regulate their legal status". The decree was published by the Kremlin on Thursday. For a paper published by Putin Ukrainian Ministry of abroad Affairs responded.

A spokesperson for the Ukraine abroad Ministry Heorhij Tychyj assessed the Russian leader's movement as a “bad act”.

The Kyiv Independent stated that there was another regulation in the decree. All the “foreigners” inhabiting occupied parts of the Donetsk, Lugansk, Khersonsk and Zaporosian circuits were ordered to “undergoing medical examination for the usage of drugs and infectious diseases until 10 June’.
