He added that “the fact is on our (Russian - ed.) side.” These words were made on the occasion of the second anniversary of the illegal annexation of 4 Ukrainian circuits: Lugansk, Donetsk, Zaporosk and Khersonsk. On 30 September 2022, the president of Russia signed "agreements" under which these territories were to be incorporated into the Russian Federation. It is clear that they had no authority in global law. Moreover, it was grotesque adequate that the Russian army did not full control these 4 regions (as well as today) and the full event had a clear propaganda effect to cover the defeats suffered in the Kherson and Kharkiv circuits.
