Putin signed decrees preparing the annexation of Chersonia and Zaporozh

By decrees of Thursday night Putin granted the independency of Chersonia and Zaporozh and announced that on Friday he would include 4 occupied Ukrainian circuits: Donetsk, Lugansk, Khersonsk and Zaporozhsk into Russia. These decisions are to be approved by the Russian Parliament.
