Vladimir Putin signed a decree on spring draft for the military, which will cover 150 000 young Russians. This is the biggest recruitment since the beginning of the war in Ukraine. Authorities are making it hard to get discharges and the army is increasing steadily – now it has 1.5 million soldiers.
