Russian leader Vladimir Putin said in an interview given to Russian public tv that the request to usage atomic weapons in Ukraine had not yet occurred and expressed hope that it would not occur. He besides added that Russia has "enough strength and resources to bring what began in 2022 to a logical conclusion".
