Putin finished Russian mining. Nobody wants his coal

More than 50 coal companies in Russia (28% of all) are on the brink of bankruptcy or have already fallen. Thousands of Russians lost their jobs. Authorities estimation losses at the equivalent of PLN 16.4 billion. And although in May the Kremlin adopted a program to aid miners, the situation continues to deteriorate.
