Russia's leader Vladimir Putin stated in a Sunday tv program that Russia has the strength and resources to bring the war on Ukraine to a "logical conclusion with the needed result" without the request for atomic weapons. In doing so, he accused the West of an eternal desire to subjugate Russia.
