Pushbacki "the most crucial problem to solve"? RPO writes to the head of the Ministry of abroad Affairs

The Ombudsman asked the fresh head of the Ministry of civilian Rights Marcin Kierwiński to solve the "most crucial problem" which, according to him, is utilized by the Border defender alleged pushbacks, which consist in returning foreigners to the state border line just after the detention.
