PURL: large support from the US and Europe to Ukraine

PURL (Priorized Ukraine Requirements List) is the designation of a fresh aid mechanics for Kiev, developed by US president Donald Trump and NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte in July. According to its assumption, Ukraine will be able to usage equipment remaining in the U.S. Army's stocks if the costs are covered by European allies.
