The future of Russia underwater [Report]

With the dissolution of the USSR and the first ten-year-old financial shortages of Russia, the Russian Navy fell down and from the ocean fleet turned into a coastal fleet again. The Russians compose about it as a fleet close the sea zone. The activity in the further sea region is limited to cruises of single Russian ships or small, respective ship teams. The only exception is the submarine. Russian strategical atomic submarines with ballistic missiles proceed to carry out long submarines.
