Ovidiu Andronache of Romania came with his household to Italy to spend a fewer days on the Venetian coast. The riflemen arrested him on a beach in Caorle while he and his daughters were building sand castles. Authorities were convinced that they had tracked down a dangerous criminal, says "La Stampa".
