Krzysztof Bosak In the program part of Law: We said we had to cut spending and not set up fresh social programs due to the fact that there is no money for it! And everyone will see in the next fewer years that we were right. We were the only formation that in this election run on public finances and budget opportunities did not lie.
– I agree with the assessment of the situation that is wrong. I mean, the fact is that these parallel funds have been set on the basis of laws, but that doesn't make it good and decently done on the systemic side. Prime Minister Morawiecki did something that no 1 in the 3rd Republic had the courage to do, possibly since the FOZZ affair. I mean, he made himself a parallel budget, outside the control of the parliament, in which the debt that is generated there is reported to the European Union and we know how much debt was created there. But we had no influence, no cognition of how that money is spent. A Prime Minister Morawiecki, the government of PiS began to treat it like specified his private pocket moneywhich has become the equivalent of 1/4 or 1/3 of the full state budget. And that's amazing!
– This is contrary to the provisions on the budgetary economy laid down in the Constitution! Where should we amend the budget if we want to spend additional money on something, even a fewer twelve or a fewer 100 million which are not foreseen in the budget bill. A They went in tens and steaks billions spent untransparently! There's never been one.
And of course, it's not like it was all stealing. This actually went partially to municipalities, partially to Ukraine, which the Law and Justice and another parties do not want to admit here. And we will only get to these spendings on Ukraine, as is the scale and what the Law and Justice Office hid, among others, in the strategical Reserve Agency, to which Morawiecki introduced his bankers' squad to him there to do various things with classification.
– On the another hand, it must be noted that the speech that calms Mr Horala's speech [the PiS address] is completely unfounded. The fact that we are in a constitutional limit and that another European Union countries are more indebted should not reassure us. For next year, lending needs are estimated by the Ministry of Finance at PLN 420 billion! This is half of all the state budget expenditure. Not all of this is going to go to deficits, any are going to go to debt service. And this causes the situation that in order to service the state budget and implement it, the Polish state will gotta indebt abroad. We become a dependent state. The exact other of what PiS promised Poles.
Two minutes on state finances. It is worth noting that what we ourselves said about state finances throughout the run was the day after the election all another parties began to speak. It's a clear clue who spoke to Poles reasonably and who tried to trick people. https://t.co/GD6c2Mx6Li
