A tender for equipment for schools excludes Polish companies?

Last week before the 1st circular of presidential elections, the Government Administration Service Centre commissioned by the Ministry of Digital Affairs** announced a tender for the acquisition of electronic devices for Polish schools**. As described in CyberDefence24(https://cyberdefence24.pl/politics-i-right/spore-for-school-near-15-bnd-ministership-oglosilo-tender), as part of an investment worth over PLN 1.4 billion net financed from the National Reconstruction Plan, about 404,000 laptops, about 110 1000 browser laptops and about 220 1000 tablets are to be placed in the facilities.
