Before the second circular – the most crucial is Honesty
date:22 May 2025 Editor: GKut

We have followed the first circular of presidential elections, the most crucial elections since 1989.

During the "night of the folders" in June 1992, erstwhile Donald Tusk made a coalition proposal to the communists expressed in the words "gentlemen, let us number the votes", then, on that memorable night, Prime Minister Jan Olszewski warned that the game was not about what Poland would be, but about whose Poland would be. Today, in May and June 2025 the game is about whether Poland will be in general, whether Poland will be as a sovereign state.

Formal aspect

In Poland there is simply a parliamentary and presidential system. The laws passed by Parliament (the Sejm and the Senate) by simple majority (50%+1) must be approved by the President. If the president vetos the Act, to reject the veto and to adopt this Act, a parliamentary qualified majority, besides called a constitutional majority, or two-thirds of the vote, is needed. If the president is from the same political camp as the majority of the Sejm (that would be the case in the case of the election of Rafał Trzaskowski) then all the laws, besides fundamental for the future of Poland, can be passed in practice by a simple majority. Where the president is from the camp of the Sejm opposition (that would be the case in the case of the election of Karol Nawrocki), i.e. in the case of co-habitation, there is simply a stronger safeguard against the adoption of crucial systemic or strategical changes. The President's veto does not block the bill, but only forces the Sejm to get a consensus between the ruling and the opposition. specified a strategical issue, which may shortly be put to the vote in the Sejm, is the question of sending Polish troops to Ukraine. I would prefer, in fact, that it is essential for a qualified majority of two-thirds of Members to decide specified a matter, alternatively than a specified majority based on the minimum advantage of the ruling coalition over the opposition. This example should besides remind the supporters of the government coalition that it is worth voting for Karol Nawrocki, precisely in order to force the request to build a national consensus around the issues crucial to our security.

Is it reallyThe game is about whether Poland will be as a sovereign state? There's a war just beyond our east border. Russia avoids peace negotiations and is more inclined to escalate military action than to suspend arms. The European Union wants to transform itself into a centralised state managed by Germany and France, without the right of an effective veto by another Nations, which will be treated as cultural or regional groups, keeping only their own language or local customs. Russia needs a subordinate Poland and the European Union needs a submissive Poland. There's a kind of line pull, and the influence agents penetrate into politics and the media. The electors are subject to these influences and pressures, or they simply do not realize or admit them.

In this respect, the results of the elections are meaningful. one more time it was confirmed that Poland is divided into east and western, divided into rooted and displaced Poland. Inherited Poland continues with sovereignty. The displaced Poland was incapable to take root again, it considers the nationalised Europeanism to be a more tempting value than Polishness. The divided is almost equal to 2 parts. Each score in the second circular is possible, each vote will be “on the weight of gold”. This is why Donald Tusk, referring to the 2nd circular of elections, did not hesitate to quote Stalin’s words in his entry on social media: “No step back!”. In July 1942, Stalin warned against desertion from the Red Army. Tusk quoting Stalin referred straight to the communist electorate, but besides warned against the insubordination of his coalitions. Shortly after this entry, Szymon Hołownia, who made support for Trzaskowski conditional on explaining the scandal with the illegal financing of his campaign, unconditionally supported Rafał Trzaskowski on Monday.

The results of the 1st circular elections are interesting not only in general terms, but besides in individual districts. To illustrate the nature of the divisions, I will give any examples:

Country

Rafał Trzaskowski

Karol Nawrocki

Russia

36,13 %

16,81 %

United States

29,98 %

42,30 %

Let us besides look at the results of I circular of elections in selected prisons:

Electoral District

Rafał Trzaskowski

Karol Nawrocki

Wronki Penitentiary

79,10 %

3,90 %

Black Penalty

75,50 %

6,30 %

It was from the Criminal Institution in Black in Pomerania that Richard Cyba was released, sentenced to life imprisonment by erstwhile Citizen Platform activist who murdered PiSu activist Mark Rosiak.

Let's take another look at the results of I tours in peculiarly affected towns:

Place

Rafał Trzaskowski

Karol Nawrocki

Levin Kłodzki

33,73 %

26,81 %

Silesia

39,82 %

24,98 %

The inhabitants of these towns were first deceived by the government, that forecasts are not besides alarming that the dam would surely withstand, and then, erstwhile the water took everything from them, they couldn't wait for aid from the Polish state. What? And they felt that only Trzaskowski would supply them with an EU-German protectorate in these areas. They felt that the German order (Ordnung) would give them a greater sense of material safety than Polish sovereignty.

The Most crucial Is Honesty

The fight is about whether Poland will be as a sovereign state. It's not a game anymore. It's a fight. A fight that should be won, but unfortunately you can besides lose. It's important, not so much as it's crucial that the fight is honest. And it's not about the integrity of individual candidates, it's about the voters themselves. This is about the integrity of the full election process. In combat, sometimes you can fly, but you must not be fooled. Unfortunately, the electoral process in Poland is archaic, the strategy is hollow as a sieve, favours abuse and open fraud. That is why it is highly crucial that there are honest people in each election committee without exception. Honest and assertive. People who will not succumb to the force of another committee members. I'm not going to describe all the threats here. There are abundant materials available and training is organised to discuss these issues in detail. There's only 1 thing I'm going to draw attention to. The committees shall have collegiate votes. Many committee members mistakenly believe that this prolongs the counting process. So they divide the cards among themselves and segregate according to the votes cast. Then specified stacks of cards (50 or 100 pieces each) transmit to each another for recalculation, checking whether they agree, due to the fact that it is expected to be fair. And that's where the trap comes in. Many people number ballot cards, just as a smooth cictator converts banknotes, without checking the votes on the cards in a given stack. In 2015 myself, checking specified stacks of cards, I caught cards with a voice on Duda inserted in the mediate of a stack of cards given to Komorski. A conscious effort at deception or a human mistake of a tired man? What is the importance of this if, as a result, the committee will certify the result of the election that is not in line with the facts? This year I besides heard a individual on the committee stating that in stacks of votes cast at Trzaskowski there were cards with marked names of Nawrocki or Mentzen. 1 specified card is simply a double fraud due to the fact that it simultaneously takes the level from 1 candidate and adds to the other.

Such mistakes or attempts at fraud can and should prevent members of the electoral committees. They have these possibilities, they just gotta want and be assertive to possible pressures. Unfortunately, however, there is 1 issue on which the best prepared and trained committee members are helpless. It is an highly dangerous process of multiple voting for a duplicate certificate of right to vote outside of the place of residence. The case seems familiar. Many commentators talk about it. Unfortunately, it is besides underestimated and the scale of the threat is underestimated by many politicians. In 2023, a full of 428 109 votes were cast in the Sejm elections and 427 984 in the legislature elections. That's 2% of all the votes cast. This is twice as much as in the 2019 election. I've heard of circumstantial cases of specified fraud. Interestingly, people who are fascinated by advancement and artificial intelligence do not believe that. So I asked the AI, "Are there cases of multiple voting on 1 certificate?" The answer was shocking: “Yes, there have been cases which may indicate that more than 1 vote may be cast on the basis of a certificate of voting right outside of residence.’

In the first circular of this year's presidential election, erstwhile the mobilization had not yet been as large as in the second round, 315 503 votes were cast for certification. How many in the second round? erstwhile are we gonna wake up? Is it only erstwhile the PKW announces that attendance was greater than 100%? There would most likely besides be politicians in specified a situation, who would consider attendance above 100% as a success of democracy, but a democracy fighting. How do we prevent this? A fight, too. Fighting evil and not through analogous deception. It's the last bell to start this fight. I appeal for each committee to evidence numbers Pesel of all persons voting for certificates. And delight don't talk about any GDPR or another rules tying hands to honest people and giving area to cheat. There's adequate time to make software which, after the introduction of the Pesel numbers, will verify that the Pesel numbers do not repeat themselves. So whether individual voted twice or even repeatedly. A committee may be set up to supervise the verification of the fairness of elections utilizing this software. It may include representatives of both candidates, possibly even wider, all candidates from the first round, from the opposition and government sides. This is not the way to nowhere. If Pesel's numbers don't happen again, everyone, both government supporters and opposition supporters, will be certain that this kind of fraud has not happened. However, if the Pesel numbers are repeated, the PKW will be able to verify these allegations by reaching out to first papers secured in sealed bags. PKW will receive data from the control programme on a platter, the repeated Pesel number and the addresses of the commissions where duplicate certificates were submitted. The verification will be trivially simple.

Czesław Niemen sang that “People of good will are moreIt’s okay. ” And I believe there are more people of good will. We will win the fight for sovereign Poland if people of good will do not be fooled by bad people. Let us not ask what Poland can do for us, let us ask what we can do for Poland. We can keep these choices honest. The most crucial thing is honesty. Isn't Poland worth it?

Mr Bogdan
