Protests in Russia after Putin's mobilization. Young Russians flee abroad [COMMENTARY]

Vladimir Putin announced the mobilization. In Russia, 38 cities, protests began. According to the opposition OVD-Info service, 1313 protesters were detained. The majority were participants of protests in Moscow and St. Petersburg.
