Giertych's protest. Bodnar sends 3 charges to the ultimate Court

Justice Minister and lawyer General Adam Bodnar made a decision on the electoral protest made by MP Roman Gierty after the presidential election on June 1, 2025. Bodnar felt that 3 of the 5 counts of Giertych needed to be verified by the ultimate Court through evidence proceedings. At the same time, the 2 remaining allegations were rejected by the minister.
