The territory Attorney's Office in Oleśnica initiated an investigation into a gynecologist from an Oleśnica infirmary who performed an abortion in a female in 36 weeks of pregnancy. It is about the imprisonment of her freedom during the “citizen detention” conducted by Grzegorz Braun.
On Wednesday, at Oleśnica Hospital, Grzegorz Braun tried to make a “citizen detention” of Gizela Jagielska gynecologist. According to the doctor, the presidential candidate entered the administrative department and locked me in the administration room, “not allowing me to do my doctor's work for more than an hour” – we read in the gynecologist's message quoted by PAP – “He insulted me and directed threats against me, and there was a hand in my face, due to the fact that as I wanted to leave, I was pushed and struggled.”
The investigation initiated by the prosecutor's office involves imprisonment and violation of the doctor's physical integrity.
