The pro-Russian left forms Germany. Schröder back in favor?

With the start of the war in Ukraine in Germany (and not only that), the debate on the substance of the erstwhile Chancellor of SPD Gerhard Schröder has intensified. Over the years, he has been opting for close relations with the Russian Federation and during his word of office, a contractual "fundstone" for the Nord Stream pipeline was laid. Later on, he was 1 of the members of the supervisory board of the Russian gas giant. After the Russian invasion, he did not argue Moscow's actions, for which he faced a wave of criticism. Nor did he quit his activity in Russian companies. This made it possible to consider taking his Chancellor's pension, depriving him of membership in the SPD, and to accuse him of contributing to crimes against humanity.
