The PK Prosecutor, under the authority of Adam Bodnar, participates in the proceedings concerning designation by Supreme Court electoral protests. On Friday, the investigator learned the protocols from the recalculation of votes from the regional commissions in Kraków, Tarnów, Katowice, Strzelce Opolskie, Minsk Mazowieckie, Oleśnie, Grudziądz, Kamienna Góra, Wieniec-Brzeście Kujawski and Gdańsk.
"The analysis of the examinations carried out shows that 7 committees replaced the votes cast for individual candidates for the office of the president of the Republic of Poland, which led to the mistaken acceptance that he obtained more votes in these circuits Karol Nawrocki, while the court's recalculation of electoral cards showed that this number of votes had been received Rafał Trzaskowski" - reads the PK statement.
Such a situation took place in Krakow, the Opolskie Rifles, Minsk Mazowieckie, Oleśnie, Grudziądz, Wieniec-Brześc Kujawski and Gdańsk.

In turn, in Tarnów the examination confirmed the consequence of the vote included in the committee's minutes. In Katowice, however, the votes were mistakenly added to both candidates.

The recalculation of the votes shows that in this circuit more votes were received by Rafał Trzaskowski, not by Karol Nawrocki, as indicated in the minutes of the committee" - points to the prosecution.
Investigators point out that deficiencies in Kamienna Góra "warrant the conduct of the examination procedure by the local and factually competent organisational unit of the prosecution, in connection with the anticipation of committing a crime".
