Accusation: making false statements
A while ago, we wrote about winning the Wałęsa case, which you can read about. HEREand HERE. Despite this victory, the erstwhile president cannot be entirely described as lucky, due to the fact that an investigation is being conducted against him.
The indictment against the erstwhile president was directed by the Warsaw Public Prosecutor's Office. Lech Wałęsa does not plead guilty to the alleged acts. He will gotta respond for his actions of April 2016. He was then interviewed at the Institute of National Memory. The prosecution claims to have made false statements in the TW “Bolka” case.
Lech Wałęsa's troubles began with his public statement. In February 2016, he pointed out that after searching Czesław Kiszczak's house, investigators found falsified documents. The Institute of National Memory decided to explain the situation and began the investigation. Then Lech Wałęsa had the position of injured in the investigation, but it seems that the roles are starting to turn around.
Minister @KrzSzczucki : Wałęsa is just as much a citizen as everyone else. If he made false statements, he should be held liable https://t.co/5tolOasCw6

Prosecutor's Office's indicted.
The authoritative message of the territory Attorney's Office in Warsaw stated that Lech Wałęsa was to supply false information on signatures on more than 50 documents. As noted by the investigators working on the erstwhile president's case, most of these papers are receipt receipts for money, but besides a commitment to cooperation with SB.
In 2016, Lech Walesa was called to the IPN, where he testified. He claimed he never signed any commitment to cooperate with SB. He besides denied signatures on receipts and notes signed by his name. The erstwhile president personally saw many papers being controversial and powerfully denied being the author of them. The D.A. is of the opinion that he was not telling the truth, which is expected to consequence from the analyses carried out.
Meanwhile, black clouds over Wales, whose prosecution accuses of giving false evidence about being a "ball" - "icon" solidarity in all its gloryhttps://t.co/zpO0cvwCas

The D.A. appointed a peculiar squad of experts in the case of TW Bolk and Lech Walesa. Specialists in the field of examination of handwritten writing and papers from the Institute of Judicial Experts of Prof. Jan Sehn in Krakow compared SB papers with the writing of Lech Wałęsa, which was collected from 140 different papers produced by the erstwhile president. They were then compared with 158 papers from the file. On this basis, it was assessed that they had to be signed by Walesa, although this categorically contradicts.
Declaration by Wałęsa
Today at 8.27 pm, Wałęsa posted a message on his Facebook account. Its content is as follows (original spelling):
Do you have any doubts that this biggest bastard has led for about 8 years the "building of Kiszczak's files" against me, convinced Mrs. Kiszczakowa to confirm it. They didn't know the general had ruled out anything like that before. He had previously invented terrible insults and terrible lies by describing them in thick books and various kinds of pashquils. It should be ordered to prove these lies a poem after a poem, and these pashquils should be ordered to destroy. If that bastard had a akin time of action, he'd prove that those listed by them on the board of influence were Moscow's paid agents. Lech Wałęsa
Krzysztof Szczucki, Minister of Education and Science, spoke about the situation. He stated in the 3rd Programme of Polish Radio that Lech Wałęsa is the same citizen as others, and if he was actually giving false statements, he should bear work for this.
However, there are inactive quite a few people who believe that Wałęsa has become the victim of a conspiracy, as is seen at the Facebook post of the erstwhile president. They send him approvals and want him luck.
