Election programme for Krakow

There is simply a list of candidates in the election for president of Krakow. I want more candidates than residents. A city of prestige is known. Everyone knows I'm not moving for president of Krakow. I guess something or something. erstwhile I announced it, I could hear the sighs of relief from those planning to run.
