This opens the way to choose the supplier and finalise the task for which the Polish Army has been waiting for many years.

On Tuesday, a publication of the decision to appoint the squad liable for implementation was published in the authoritative diary of the Laws Orka program - 1 of the most crucial modernisation projects Polish Navy.

The X writer Polsat News informs about the decision Michael Stela.

"Publication in OJ of the formation of the squad is simply a key decision on Orka's programme. The way to final choice and signing of a contract for fresh submarines for the Navy has just been opened" - he said.

As he stressed, this is the last line before the decision, which units will be purchased. Currently, the Polish navy has utilized machines which require replacement with modern equipment.
