Professor Sadurski on barbarians
Below is an interesting quote from prof. Sadurski:
‘Since the constitution has not been passed with the thought that 1 day the barbarians will overthrow it, what has happened, it seems to me that acting absolutely in gloves and violating the letter and provisions of the constitution will lead to tragedy‘.
Appeal for a “zero” Constitutional Court
We know very well that the Constitutional Court under Julia Przyłębska is obedient to the Law and Justice. However, there are even erstwhile politicians of this party, specified as Krystyna Pawłowicz or Stanisław Piotrowicz. However, this does not change the fact that prof. Sadurski is proposing a revolutionary idea.
‘The Brewerie of the Przyłębska Tribunal (lately, on TVP) confirms the correctness of my prescription: only the zeroing of the usurpatory gpo body, which in its entirety runs counter to the constitutional pattern. If not, it will last until 2026, even erstwhile chasing immediately doubles‘.
It's easy to figure out that the PiS-controlled Constitutional Court will be throwing logs at the fresh government over and over again, but what to do with this thing? Exactly, just as the removal of the NBP president Adam Glapiński seems improbable from a constitutional point of view, by analogy we can besides emphasize casus TK. Moreover, liberal and left-wing voters, surely moderate, anticipate not the games, but the restoration of standards, the actual regulation of law.
Legalist-constitutionalist is firm
Professor Sadurski clarifies his rations on X, on an old Twitter:
As a legalist-constitutionalist, I never call for a constitutional violation. But to reconstruct the constitution. The system, demolished by barbarians, must sometimes be ignored by a circumstantial provision (e.g. by extinguishing unconstitutional institutions) to circumvent the ambushes they set.
You got “beautiful”
Professor Sadurski does not leave a dry thread on “beautiful spirits”:
I like to call things by their first names. The beautiful men think that everything will solve itself, just to follow the letter of the law. And I like to say: there is inactive the spirit of the law. If a pyroman burned down your house, sometimes it is essential to remove debris alternatively of painting it.
It seems that radicalism proposed by prof. Sadurski may be a large gift to the Law and Justice.
