Problems of the Polish Post with e-Services. Ministry responds

With the beginning of the calendar year ** the long-awaited e-Service** began to operate. It is worth noting that until the end of 2025 it remains optional – it is simply a transitional period. From next year, however, each public entity will be obliged to have its own mailbox.
