Exchange of prisoners between Russia and Ukraine. ‘Formula 246’

Ukraine freed 246 Russian soldiers, in return they were given 246 Ukrainian POWs – informed the Russian Ministry of Defence on social media.

The exchange was to take place in ‘formule 246 for 246’ via the United arabian Emirates.

According to officials, soldiers will be transported to Russia for treatment.

Information concerning the exchange of prisoners confirmed president of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenski.
