This year's summit of the States of South-East Europe and Ukraine was held in Odessa. A gathering of leaders of respective states ended with the signing of a declaration condemning the Russian invasion of Ukraine and the Kremlin's call to retreat troops from the country. Despite agreeing with most of the calls in the declaration, the paper was yet initialled by Serbia's president Alexandar Vuczyć. The reason for this decision was to call for sanctions on Russia.
