President Raisi died in a chopper crash

Iran's president Ebrahim Raisi died in a chopper accident in East Azerbaijan province, reported the Red Crescent on Monday. The ultraconservative Raisi has long been seen as the protege of Iran's ultimate leader Ali Chamenei and his possible successor.
