The case dates back to 2018, erstwhile a married couple surviving close the school filed a complaint about sound and excessive field lighting. The court then banned the usage of eagles to persons who are not students of this school, including adults and sports clubs. Therefore, the town hall built acoustic screens in 2022 and then decided to make the eagle available to everyone willing. However, the matrimony re-appealed the case to court, requesting a fine of PLN 15,000 for the city. The Pulawy territory Court dismissed the application, but the matrimony appealed against that decision.

Out of my own pocket, I'm paying for remanding and being in custody. – he said.
When asked about the reasons for this decision, the president hoped that this symbolic word would "open the eyes of decision-makers, Members, ministers and mobilise them to act to change the law." — There are 2.6 1000 eagles in Poland and, in fact, all locality, the municipality is exposed to the fact that individual will sue noises from the field, and children outside of school will not be allowed into the area,” explained Maj.
President Puławy: Heartless, crippled law
President Puławy's information besides confirmed in the social media entry. “A soulless, crippled law that strikes right into the childand. Over the years, sentences that are absurd go on. Paying the city a fine for children being able to practice on a school field would be sanctioning injustice," he wrote.
‘My time is simply a symbol. A conscious choice. The city could pay PLN 5000 and the case would pass without an echo. But then no 1 would hear about it, and injustice would continue. I believe that my motion will open the eyes of the decision-makers and mobilise them to change. due to the fact that children should have the right to sports and leisure without hindrance," he added.
“If no 1 responds, nothing will change”
