President signed an amendment to the civilian Protection Act

Almost 3 weeks after Parliament passed the amendment of the civilian Protection and Defence Act, president Karol Nawrocki decided to sign the document. The novel, which will shortly be published in the authoritative diary of the Laws, changes, among others, the rules on the financing of alarm systems and introduces a fresh category of "residence points".
