President Andrzej Duda signed an amendment to the act on the application mCitizen, which opens the way to introduce a number of fresh functionalities.

Users of the popular application in Poland will gain, among others, a virtual assistant based on artificial intelligence, the anticipation to study a road collision and digital ID cards for students and teachers.

Among the most crucial novelties will be the service "mSłoczka", which will enable drivers to make an electronic message straight in the application. The fresh government besides introduces "mLegistions" for pupils and teachers to facilitate digital confirmation of their status.

The revision besides importantly extends the possibilities for digital paper circulation. Users of the application will be able to sign the papers utilizing a trusted or qualified signature and verify electronic signatures submitted to them.

The most innovative feature that will appear in the application will be a virtual assistant based on artificial intelligence. For example, it will be able to aid compose the authoritative paper and submit it to the user for acceptance.
