During the gathering with farmers, president Karol Nawrocki signed his bill on the protection of Polish countryside. The proposed rules include extending the moratorium for the sale of state-owned agricultural land. Deputy Prime Minister Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz stated that "the president of Nawrocka was one more time misled" due to the fact that it was "for the regulation of the Law and Justice that the sale of agricultural and forestry land to foreigners increased dramatically".
