On Wednesday, Karol Nawrocki took an oath before the National Assembly, officially assuming the office of President. Today, on his second day in office, he plans to appoint a fresh management of the President's Chancellery and the National safety Office.
Even before taking over the duties of the head of the Nawrocki State, he announced who would take on the key functions. The head of the law firm will be Zbigniew Bogucki – a politician associated with PiS, actively participating in the Nawrocki election campaign. Sam was previously considered as 1 of the PiS candidates for the office of President. In the past, he served, among others, as the West Pomeranian voivode from 2020 to 1923.
The deputy of Zbigniew Bogucki in the Chancellery of the president will be Adam Andrushkiewicz, the current PiS MP from Podlasie, formerly Deputy Minister of Digitization. Before joining the Law and Justice, he worked in the All-Polish Youth and National Movement, from which he competed for the Euro-Parliament in 2014.
The position of head of the president's cabinet will be taken by Paweł Head of Law and Justice, close associate of Nawrocki and his erstwhile chief of staff, and formerly Deputy Minister of Interior.
International affairs
Marcin Przycz, a erstwhile PiS MP who previously led the Office of global Policy, will be liable for global policy in the law firm of president Nawrocki. He was on the Sejm's abroad affairs committee and served as Deputy Minister of abroad Affairs from 2019 to 1923.
Wojciech Kolarski, a close associate of Duda, is besides to stay in the firm, who has led the Office of global Policy since February.

People from the Institute of National Memory, led by Nawrocki since 2021, will besides be sent to the Chancellery. Deputy Chief Executive Officer will be Jarosław Dębowski, the current manager of the IPN president's office, and the spokesperson of the Chancellery – Rafał Leśkiewicz, erstwhile spokesperson of the IPN.
Mateusz Kotecki, erstwhile manager of the IPN Personnel Office, is liable for social affairs and interventions.
The minister of Polonia will be Agnieszka Jędrzak, formerly head of the global IPN Cooperation Office.
The President's chaplain will be Fr.Dr. Jarosław Wąsowicz – a Salesian known, among others, from the organisation of pilgrimages of supporters.
National security
The head of the National safety Bureau will be Sławomir Cenckiewicz – a historian with the title of habilitated doctor, who headed the Military Historical Office from 2016 to 1923, and previously served in the IPN College. In 2023, on the advice of the Law and Justice, he assumed the position of president of the controversial committee on the survey of Russian influences from 2007 to 1922, criticized by the opposition at the time as a political tool, aimed at Donald Tusk, among others.
In July 2024, the Military Counterintelligence Service revoked his safety clearance, essential for access to classified information. His deputies at BBN will be General Andrzej Kowalski, erstwhile Chief of Military Intelligence Service (2015–2020), and Reserve General Mirosław Bryś, who was liable for recruiting for the army during the time of Minister Błaszczak and commanded, among others, 4. The OT Brigade and served in the 6th Air-Desant Brigade.
