President Aliyev admitted that the plane had been fired from Russia's territory, close Grozny, making the pilots almost out of control. "We besides know that the aircraft has been the victim of electronic war equipment" - added Azerbaijan leader, quoted by the APA. He stressed that the fire was not intentional.
