Russian dictator awarded Nikolai Tokarev the president of Tranieft and his fellow KGB, the title and medal of the Labour Hero. The decision coincided with Transnieft's detention of oil transmission to fresh Russian. What else did Russia’s fresh “work hero” deserve?
