Ryanair president Michael O'Leary promises cheaper tickets. He's got a way of doing it

Ryanair provided itself with an air fuel price of $60 per barrel for 2 years. According to president Michael O’Leary, this gives the carrier the chance to lower ticket prices and increase the share of passenger transport.
