Bodnar goes into denial

As she stated, if the SN had taken this request into account, then the lawyer General would have asked the Labour Chamber to state the validity of the election of the president of the Republic of Poland “with the request of the ultimate Court to ask the State Election Commission to amend the minutes of the examination of voting cards in the regional electoral commissions on which the examination of protests established irregularities”.
The PG spokeswoman informed that if the SN had not complied with the lawyer General's request and the validity of the elections would have continued to be recognised by the Chamber of Extraordinary Control and Public Affairs, then the lawyer General declares that he would have resigned from presenting his position to the ultimate Court as regards the validity of the elections.
“Judges who sit in the home of Extraordinary Control and Public Affairs – as she explained – do not meet the criterion of an independent court, and thus the full home besides fails to meet these constitutional standards of independence.”
