Presidential elections valid for partnerships, but different from what you think

Today, it is easy to blame Andrzej Duda. We don't have partnerships due to the fact that we're afraid of presidential veto. And what happens after the election, erstwhile a candidate wins, for whom it will be hard to hide, and a long queue of citizens demanding change will be set up for the coalition?
