President Manowska fined for failing to convene the State Tribunal in its full composition

Małgorzata Manowska, the president of the State Tribunal, must pay 3 1000 zlotys in fines. This is simply a punishment for failing to convene a gathering of the full composition of this body by 4 April this year.
